Oliver went to daycare today and got a treat when Mommy picked him up. Aunt Katy came along too! Oliver loved seeing his Aunt Katy and showing her where he spends his time while Mommy and Daddy work. Afterwards we went to visit Bhuta. Bhuta is still sleeping. Oliver blew some smoochy kisses to Bhuta and he said, "I love you." He said it very softly but I know Bhuta can hear. Oliver loves his Bhuta so, so much.

This evening when we were leaving our visit with our family and with sleeping Bhuta- it was raining outside. I told Oliver that Bhuta would love it if he danced in the rain. So Oliver danced in the rain for Bhuta and he loved getting wet. Bhuta would love to dance with Oliver if he could and he probably would sing a song or two.
On our drive home there was a beautiful, colorful rainbow.

Oliver had an okay day. He played with his pals at Jan's house, but when Mommy came to pick him up he was a bit fussy. We stopped by to see Bhuta but Oliver was pretty fussy, so Mommy took him home to cuddle, eat, and play. Then he put on his favorite monkey pjs for Bhuta, with the sock monkey on them- Bhuta gave Oliver a real sock monkey. Oliver fell asleep for the night on the way there, so he got a nice kiss from Grandma and later Aunt Katy.

We sat in Bhuta's room for awhile and watched him as he slept. Bhuta is such a wonderful man, Oliver is so lucky to have him as a Grandpa and Daddy is so lucky to have him as a Dad- and Mommy has always felt lucky to have him as her father-in-law--he always has something up his sleeve to make us laugh.

Oliver cuddled with Daddy as he slept, and then Mommy took him home to sleep in his big boy bed.

Today Oliver woke up in a happy mood and played with his Daddy for a bit. Then he played with his Grammie for a little bit in the morning, he picked her a flower at her doorstep and he cooked her a lot of food and tried to use the big boy potty at her house!

Afterwards we went to visit with Bhuta, Bhuta is still sleeping- Oliver talks to Bhuta and today was making baby tiger noises for Bhuta. We came home and Oliver took a long nap and then we went back to visit. We ate dinner with Uncle Joey, Aunt Kalyn, and Daddy. Oliver talked to Grandma about Parmesan cheese and was giving her really, "tight, strong hugs." He wraps his legs around her waist and his arms around her neck and holds on tight. He is such a good cuddler. Oliver gave sleeping Bhuta a sweet kiss before we came home to play and take a bath.

Today we spent some time at Grandma and Bhutas house with Daddy, Uncle Joey, Aunt Katy, and Uncle Scooter. Oliver sang some Raffi songs to Bhuta and did his piece of Popcorn performance for Bhuta who was sleeping but we think still listening and probably singing along. Bhuta used to sing a lot to Oliver- jungle songs, cowboy songs, and really really funny made up songs. Oliver whispered, "I love you..." to Bhuta and was real sweet.

Oliver had an amazing day. He played with his best friend, Daddy in the morning. Then went to the Y with Mommy. Then we drove to meet Eileen and Danielle at Playworks in Carlsbad. Somewhere we've always wanted to go to! It is an indoor jungle gym and oh my it was so much fun! The babes played in balls, on monkey swings, on bridges, and slides, and more! It was great!!! Mommy followed Oliver for awhile then realized he was okay! He is a monkey!

He came home a took a great nap, then played with Daddy outside! After dinner Oliver and Daddy took a shower then watched Charlie Brown together. They love to cuddle and watch t.v. together....

Oliver had fun today with his friends at Jan's! Mommy picked him up and we came home to go out to dinner with Daddy. We went to our favorite Mexican restaurant in "the city!" It was fun and great food too! Oliver loves being with his Mommy and Daddy! In the car Oliver was playing his Thomas the Train guitar and he was being really loud, like a rock star! He said, "I make loud noise!" And yes he was! He is finally getting rest now, and we hope he rests well so his little nose can get all better!

On the way to Jan's this morning we drove through a deep fog near Lake Hodges, it was beautiful driving towards it because we couldn't see the lake only a valley filled with a big puffy cloud, then we drove right into it! Oliver loved it, so did Mommy!

Oliver had fun with his friends at Jans! He always enjoys playing, sleeping in the cot, and eating with his buddies. Daddy picked him up and the went to visit Grandma and Bhuta. Then they came home to make a mess and play! We all ate dinner together when Mommy came home and then Oliver took a shower, watched Sesame Street Dinosaurs with Daddy, and then went to bed with Mommy in his room. He had a nice day.

Oliver had a great day. His nose is a little stuffy but he his a trooper! He started the day by sleeping in till 5 minutes before Mommy and him had to leave! We had fun in the car singing and looking at the fog. Then he went to Jan's and had fun with his buddies.

Afterwards we went to Mommy's school meeting together. Oliver played with Connor for a few minutes and then with Mommy until Aunt Jessica came to pick him up to play with him for the rest of the night. Oliver had a wonderful time with his Auntie Jessica. They played in the evening at the park, he ate a lot of yummy food with her, and then got to play with Uncle Chad when he came home! Oliver was excited to see his Mommy when she got there, and Mommy was excited to see him! (Mommy and Daddy miss Oliver on Tuesdays---Mommy has to work late and Daddy had to do some night trapping....) But Oliver sure loves spending time with his aunts, uncles and grandmas!!!

Oliver had another great day! He played at Jan's house with his friends and then came home with Mommy. He played around the house, we all ate dinner on the deck, and then went for a bike ride in the neighborhood below us. When Daddy asked Oliver where he wanted to go he said, "The neighborhood!" He is so funny- and can words so clearly, wow! We had fun and then came home to sleep. Bike riding is fun!

(We know he is growing because his spiderman helmet doesn't fit his head anymore, we had to get a new one---we pointed out to Oliver that that is not hard to see!)

Oliver played a ton at home before we went to the Y in the morning. He had a lot of fun at the Y and by the time we got to Grandma and Bhuta's he was very fussy. He got to see Bhuta for a short bit, but Oliver was too crazy, so we left. But Oliver still did not take a nap--- argh....

He went around the house "fixing" things- really making messes for Mommy to clean, he keeps getting into the cleaning supplies and he thinks he is "helping." The longer he went without sleeping the crazier he got! Mommy went to the mall for a respite with Kalyn while Daddy took over. They went on some errands and then played at home. Oliver ate really well tonite, tried to go to the bathroom on his own- taking off his diaper, etc....And now he is trying to fall asleep with the help of his Daddy!

Oliver no longer calls, Mama, Mama. It is now more of a mix between, Mommy, sometimes Mom, and ocasionally Meredith. (Every now and then he will call me Mama, but not as much as he did when he was "younger." ) So now there will HAVE to be a change in what Mama is called in the blog....

Oliver loves Saturdays! He went to the Y in the morning and played with his favorite toys and favorite friends! Then we went to visit Grandma and Bhuta. Bhuta was in a very deep sleep so we did not wake him this time, but we stayed and played with Grandma. (Daddy was there for a bit when we got there too, he had fun playing with Oliver, Mommy, and Grandma!)

Oliver took a nice nap this afternoon and then helped Mommy around the house. He also helped Mommy at Costco- always a fun trip! We came home and ate dinner with Daddy on the deck, then Oliver and Daddy took a shower, watched their Charlie Brown movie, ate cookie batter from Mommy's whole wheat-Dark chocolate chip cookies (yum!), and then went to bed! Quite a nice day for all of us!

Oliver had a fun day! In the morning he worked outside, playing with a hose and a bucket. Then Mama and Oliver went to the Y to play and exercise! Danielle and Eileen met us in the lobby for a snack, legos, and a hike outside. It is always fun to play with our friends!

Then Oliver and Mama went to get Oliver's haircut. He loves sitting in the comfortable barbie car and he is so good for the hair stylist! He loves to get his haircut! After we went over to the library to read, play, and recheck out some books! We came home to relax in the air conditioning. Oliver did not take a nap, but played a lot with Daddy!

Later Oliver watched part of, "It's a Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown," with Daddy. Oliver can only watch parts of a movie, he doesn't sit down long enough. Daddy watched it twice though, once after Owl went to bed. Then Daddy also watched the "Christmas Charlie Brown..." Funny.

Oliver went to bed fast tonite because he didn't rest during the day. He is so cute!

Oliver had a nice day. He played at Jan's house and Daddy picked him up. Daddy and Oliver ate at Ricos and then visited Bhuta and Grandma. Oliver pee peed on his frog potty at Grandma's and he did at home tonite too! Yay!!!

Mama and Oliver spent some time at the bookstore tonite, Oliver likes the Thomas the train set there and he likes to look at books and read them! We had a nice time together. Oliver is still up (almost 10:00) Daddy tried to put him to bed but got him riled up instead, so Mama tried for an hour, now Daddy is trying again....hopefully little man gets some rest soon....
