Play Day

Oliver liked this car so much- He still thinks about it
and Mommy doesn't take him to Toys R' Us because of it...

Oliver had a fun day. We spent most of the day at home and had a friend come over to play. They ate yummies, read books, played with snowglobes, got pulled through the neighborhood in a wagon by Mommy, and counted all the toes that were sitting on the green couch. Between the three of us we counted 30 toes!

In the afternoon Mommy and Oliver went to an appointment and then later in the evening we stopped by our favorite, FroYo. Yum. Oliver is resting now with Daddy. It was a nice day.

*Camera is still missing- of course. Mommy is trying to figure out how to download pics from an old camera. Enjoy the old pics.*

Tough Trucks

The Fair- Mommy's Favorite Picture

Oliver had a good day. He spent the morning and afternoon with Mommy playing and getting things ready for his 3rd Birthday party! Then he was off for the fair with Daddy. They went to see the Tough Truck show- they had fun seeing one crash. They ate corn dogs and drank lemonade and then rode some rides in KiddieLand. They had a blast.

Oliver was still awake when they got home and Oliver broke some sad news to Mommy. They lost her camera. They searched for it and filled out a form at Lost and Found....so sorry for no pictures from tonite. Mommy got a lot out of that camera for the 6 months she had it.

Oliver had a great day. In the morning we watched baby Korey- he was fantastic and Oliver likes to help Mommy take care of him. After we went and played at Aunt Ali's house. We watched baby Rachel sleep and Oliver played on Uncle Kelly's dirt race track. Oliver was excited to play with Uncle Kelly when he came home. Oliver got to play with a big green RC car. Oliver didn't want to leave!

In the evening he helped Daddy outside, went on a walk with Mommy, and now we are resting after a long day.

"Get Lost"

Putting the pennies back into his bear bank

Oliver had a great Sunday. He spent the morning at home playing and working. At breakfast he was telling the ants in our kitchen to "get lost." Mommy and Oliver are pretty much at one with the ants unless they get in our food or crawl on us. So the ant was trying to get his mini pancake.

Then he and Daddy went to visit Aunt Katy and Angie. They had fun. Oliver didn't want to leave Aunt Katy- he was having to much fun with her. They came home and Mommy and Oliver played and then visited Aunt Ali and baby Rachel. Oliver likes to see his Aunt Ali and his new cousin.

In the evening Oliver was playing with Daddy and he brought him a bunch of straws and said it was spaghetti and he asked Daddy if he wanted any "parm" with that. Cute.

A Day with Daddy

Mommy loves this dog.

Heading out with Ranger in the morning

Oliver spent most of the day with Daddy. (Mommy went to Grammie's to celebrate Aunt Jessica's bridal shower.) They played at home, did some errands, took a rest together, and then went to the Wild Animal Park in the late afternoon. They had a lot of fun together and brought home a panda bear drink container that Oliver was very proud of.

He gave Mommy really tight hugs before he went to rest and watch Lightening McQueen with Daddy. It was a nice day.

We stopped by Connor's house and he gave Oliver a nice picnic table and a really cool wagon. The boys had fun playing together. Thanks guys! Then we went to Costco to pick up stuff for Aunt Jessica's bridal shower. Fun! We also ate lunch with Grammie- Oliver was kind of tired and being kind of loud and pouty, but felt better after he had a bite of yummy bread stick. We came home and he took a nice nap- then we walked to the water tower and now he is resting with Daddy.

Cleaning up

Watching the big orange tractor thingy go up to the water tower

Cleaning in action

Oliver had a fantastic day! He slept until almost 9:00! He helped Mommy watch a 3 month old baby boy and a 16 month old cutie. We had a lot of fun- eating, playing, changing diapers, singing, painting, walking, sleeping (the baby), and climbing on Mommy. It was a fun day.

Oliver played and cuddled with Daddy later in the evening while Mommy visited Aunt Ali and Baby Rachel again. Rachel has jaundice and is soaking up the light from the billy bed. She is so cute. We are hoping they will get to go home tomorrow. Oliver has another big day tomorrow with the cute 16 month cutie and maybe he will get to meet his new cousin!

Hello Rachel

Wheels on the Bus

Oliver had a fantastic day. We hung out in the morning and took Ranger on a run to the Brewery and back- we love that loop. After we met Aunt Katy and Angie at the mall. We had fun shopping, eating, and playing. Oliver had a big temper tantrum on the way out, but at least he was walking with us and Mommy didn't have to drag him out.

We came home and Oliver played with Daddy and went to the book store while Mommy visited with Aunt Ali and baby Rachel. They are both doing fine. Rachel is really waking up and Aunt Ali is feeling much better. They may get to go home tomorrow. Yay!

Oliver is resting now, getting ready to fall asleep for the night. Summer days are so refreshing. (So are new babies.)

Eating dinner at his new table

Oliver had a great day. He woke up early and Mommy carried him to her bed. She wasn't ready to get up after a long night greeting her new niece at the hospital. We slept for awhile longer and then got up to drink some yummy Yerba Matte tea and eat breakfast. (Don't worry- Oliver doesn't like Mommy's tea-yet.) Afterwards, we made our way to Grandma's house. Oliver played with Grandma, Aunt Katy, and baby Angie while Mommy went to an appointment. Oliver had so much fun! He loves playing with his toys at Grandma's house and is a great big cousin to Angie.

After we visited our favorite place, the Y. We had fun playing and exercising. Then we came home to rest, play, clean, and Oliver helped Daddy build a little table. In the evening we tried a new frozen yogurt place with Daddy (it was gross....we will only be going to FroYo...it is worth the drive.) It was a great Monday.

Welcome Baby Rachel

Happy Father's Day Daddy

Oliver made Daddy this shutterfly book for Father's Day

Following are a few of the pages- each has a special quotation that
Mommy helped Oliver pick out...if you click on the picture you should
be able to read them...

Oliver had a great day. He cuddled with Mommy in the morning and brought a Bob the Builder book into her bed and read a little. (Daddy was in the desert doing a study.) So we played at home and then went to the Y for a little bit. After we went to the hospital to visit Aunt Ali- Oliver played with Aunt Jessica while Mommy went in to visit. Oliver was excited to see his family!

Afterwards,we went home and played. Oliver played a lot with Daddy and took a nice bath with all of his boats. Then we went to go see a movie with Daddy for Father's Day- but the movie (Toy Story) was sold out! Oliver didn't quite understand but he quickly fell asleep in the car as we took a short Sunday drive around "the city." Happy Father's Day Daddy.

Oliver spent the rest of the evening with Daddy- Mommy went to visit Aunt Ali again. Baby Rachel is still waiting to make her debut. We are all waiting anxiously and Aunt Ali and Uncle Kelly are hanging in there.

Happy Early Father's Day

Going for a ride in the work Jeep

Oliver had a good day. He played with Daddy while Mommy ran at the beach with a friend. Then we went on a drive to Lake Cuyamaca and through Julian to celebrate Father's Day. Oliver had fun running on the dock at the lake, stepping in the water, playing with sticks, and hiking along the path. (Mommy forgot her camera...so no cute pictures.) We came home after a bit and Oliver and Daddy spent time together while Mommy went to visit Aunt Ali in the hospital. Baby Rachel should be here within the next couple days. She will be a little early and we are ready to welcome her!
In the evening we all played, the boys went for a short Jeep ride, and Oliver is resting now. It was a nice day.
