Truck Trouble
Oliver looking at the moving truck, on Monday.
Siskiyou Pass in California- Beautiful Area
The Pass again- Daddy did a great job driving
a not so great up a steep pass
Happy Baby in the car! He is starting to smile
for the camera when I say smile!
We are at a Motel 6 again, this time in the Great Central Valley (Gustine) of California. We crossed the California state line early this morning. We are close, but as I write this Daddy is waiting 30 minutes north, on the side of a ca-33 waiting for a tow truck to come and give him a new tire for the tow dolly that pulls our jeep. We started having problems with the dolly earlier, and Mike worked on readjusting things and more, but later the tire blew, and there was a lot of smoke. Oliver and I were already ahead of Mike so we didn't see it happen, but Mike is okay. (Just tired and thirsty, at least he has his best friend for company.)
On a positive note- we should be in San Diego tomorrow, and Oliver did an awesome job today in the car. He played with a lot of his toys, looked at all the cars and trucks on the road, and fed his cheeseburger to Patches!

I miss you already! It sound as if things are going pretty smooth for Oliver. Let me know when you are there!
