Oliver had a great day! He went to Joan's with Daddy and then Mommy picked him up. We got to visit Sammy and Rudy- they like having visitors! Tonite he was playing gate with Daddy and was sitting on the couch in his cute jammies watching Daddy put together our bookshelves. He loves hanging out with Mommy and Daddy. He is ready for bed now, so is Mommy. Ni-Ni.

Happy Birthday Daddy!

Happy Birthday to You....

Oliver had a wonderful day! He wished his Daddy a Happy Birthday in the morning- they opened gifts together and ate yummy breakfast! Then Daddy and Ranger took Oliver to Joan's house! Oliver had a great time with his friends and he brought his monster truck again! Afterwards, Daddy picked him up and they went to feed Grandma's kitty cats. They had fun over there and then they came home to eat yummy pizza and salad with Mommy! After a great bath- Oliver and Mommy brought in a special treat for Daddy's Birthday. We sang Happy Birthday to him and gave him a little cake with candles on it and frozen yogurt. Daddy loved it!

They are watching UFC now and relaxing together. It was a nice day!

Oliver had a fantastic day. He drove to Joan's house in the special Jeep with Daddy and Ranger. He had fun sharing his monster truck with his good friends. Mommy picked him up and we came home to eat leftover Venison Chili with Daddy and play a bit. Oliver and Daddy are both sleeping now- its been a good day.

Mommy got this in the mail the other day! Her certificate for the
Las Vegas 1/2 Marathon! Daddy and Oliver are very proud of her!
Her time was her best yet! Over 27,000 people ran--fun, fun, fun!!!

We had a great day! Oliver woke up early even though he went to bed really late! We had fun around the house and then went to feed Sammy and Rudy again. We also went and played at the Y! Oliver brought his new monster truck and told all his friends about it! So cute!
After the Y we went to Grammie and Grandpa's house. Oliver played while Mommy worked on report cards- it is nice going over there because Oliver has so many toys and Grammie can help with Oliver and with Mommy's little school things too. (Grammie is like Mommy's aide! Thanks Grammie!)
Afterwards Oliver took a pretty good nap, then a bath with Daddy's help, then we ate a yummy dinner together, then we all went out for a yummy treat at FroYo Love. It is a neat little frozen yogurt place that has yummy toppings and everything is do it yourself. We had fun--then we went for a little drive. We drove by EFC (Escondido Fight Club) where Daddy will be "fighting" every week! It is in the cute downtown part of Escondido- fun! We came home and Oliver fell asleep real quick! Great Sunday!

Someone is excited...

The boys had an awesome time at the monster truck show! They got bundled up to drive in the cold work jeep to the show and to hang outside in the stadium! They were each wearing 3 shirts and warm pants! They watched the pre-show and then stayed until after 10:00 watching the amazing trucks do their tricks. Oliver and Daddy drank some pop (never with Mommy!!!), ate a hot dog, and Oliver got another Monster Truck to add to his collection. Daddy said he held it the whole night! When they came home Oliver woke up from the car ride (after 11:00 pm) and he played with his Monster Truck for awhile, brushed the sugar bugs off his teeth, and then went ni-ni with his Daddy! I have two Monster Truck loving boys!

Oliver had a wonderful Friday! We hung out in the morning and listened to the rain! Mommy tried to do a Pilates video, but it took her along time to do it with a little one climbing all over her! (Mommy thinks its easier to get her exercise at the Y!) Then the Amerigas man came to swap out our old rusty propane tank for a new tank (for free- wahoo!). And right after he showed up, Tanner, Connor, and Kathleen came over to play! We had fun watching the man use a mini crane to lift out the old tank and put our new pretty one in!
The boys ran around the house playing and then played outside with the chickens and with Ranger! Ranger was loving it and Tanner really enjoyed playing with Ranger! (Ranger loves making new friends!) It was nice having friends over!
After Oliver and Mommy ate a little lunch and then we went to the Y to play and exercise! After the Y we had fun at the nice grocery store in San Elijo Hills and then came home to eat our Venison Chili that was cooking in the crockpot. It was a really nice cold rainy day!

The Peace Book

Oliver said he was thinking about the Monster Truck Show.

Oliver had a wonderful day. He started it by driving to Joan's in the work truck! Daddy and Oliver had to drive through the wind, rain, and lots of puddles! Oliver had a great day at Joan's- they played, drank hot cocoa and made hot cocoa pictures! Fun in the warm cozy house!

In the evening we ate dinner together, Daddy read the Potty book to Oliver while he sat on the potty and then Mommy and Oliver hung out while Daddy went to a special meeting to see about learning how to do some kind of "UFC" fighting a few times a week at a place in San Marcos! Mommy and Oliver sat in the dark and watched the hail and lightening and listened to the thunder! Then we read The Peace Book (see pic above). Now Oliver is going to bed with his "fighter" Daddy. Its been a beautiful week of rain- and Mommy and Oliver are really excited to spend the next three days together.

Oliver had a good day. He played with Daddy and then they drove to Joan's in the special Jeep with Ranger again! Oliver had a lot of fun at Joan's- he was laughing and playing when Mommy picked him up! We came home to play- Oliver was laughing all the way home and then laughed more when we got home! He liked listening to the rain, hail, and thunder! Then he really liked calling Uncle Joey and talking to him! He is eating dinner with Daddy now (laughing up a storm), then he is going to take a bath and go ni-ni. It was a nice beautiful rainy day.

Tuesdays with Daddy

Oliver Warm and Cozy

Oliver had a great day. He was excited to share his Mexico truck with his friends at Joan's house! He rode with Daddy in the special Jeep- they had a great morning! Oliver played all day, went for a walk outside, and shared his truck! Daddy picked him up in the afternoon and they went to visit Grandma. Grandma made them yummy beef stew (thanks for sending the leftovers home Grandma!) and they played Monster Trucks.
We all got home at the same time and Oliver shared some yummy cookies with Mommy on the rug in the kitchen. Then we cuddled, brushed our teeth, read a few books, and finally went ni-ni on Mommy and Daddy's bed. He wanted to be warm and cozy!
It was a good day- but Mommy missed Oliver a lot and Oliver missed Mommy a lot too....

Mommy's Boys

Oliver had a wonderful day. He woke up in the morning and played with Daddy! They took the special Jeep to Joan's with Ranger joining them! Mommy picked Oliver up around noon (after she visited Aunt Kayln and Uncle Joey with Daddy for a SURPRISE BIRTHDAY breakfast for Kalyn!) Oliver and Mommy headed to the mall for rainy day play and to purchase some gifts. We had a nice time and Oliver played at the play structure for almost an entire hour! Fun stuff! He was pretty tired when Mommy dragged him away!

Oliver and Mommy played at home some more and then Oliver took a really long bath. He was having fun getting his hair wet, singing songs, and enjoying the warm water. He is now sleeping with Daddy in the other room- they both fell asleep watching Bedtime with Elmo.
